Life, in All Its Fullness

The last few months have held a little bit of everything.

Sunsets and long drives.

Dancing and laughter.

Funerals and celebrations.

Milestones.

Revisiting old books.

Working, creating, and simply being.

Moments of happiness.

Moments of uncertainty.

Moments of grief.

Some days, I was out in the world.

Some days, I was just taking a moment for myself.

And some days, I was learning to be still.

Life doesn’t pause just because we’re navigating something difficult.

We continue to show up.

We laugh.

We celebrate.

We grieve.

We remember.

We find beauty in the ordinary.

Perhaps that’s what this season has been teaching me:

That we can hold grief and gratitude.

Uncertainty and joy.

The past and the present.

More than one thing can be true at the same time.

And still, there is beauty in being alive. 💚
